Usually when I think of Winter Travers, I think of a strong, snarky, sassy heroine and a story full of heat, heart and humor. Maniac is slightly different it's a very emotional story of healing, featuring a heroine who is damaged, yet quite resilient and strong.
Maniac is loyal to his club, they are his brothers, his family. When he's tasked with babysitting Wren, he gets much more than he bargained for. He's an alpha to the core, but also kind, compassionate, and caring and likes to curse frequently.
Wren has a tragic past, she's been used and abused and trust doesn't come easily. She struggles to move on forward with her life. She's an incredibly strong and complex character.
As usual this story has suspense, intrigue, drama and action, and side characters that will have you laughing out loud at their antics and dialogue.
Maniac is a sweet love story with a patient, devoted hero who is intent on healing the woman he shares an inexplicable connection with. I will be eagerly awaiting the next installment in the Fallen Lords MC series.

Winter Travers is a devoted wife, mother, and aunt turned author who was born and raised in Wisconsin. After a brief stint in South Carolina following her heart to chase the man who is now her hubby, they retreated back up North to the changing seasons, and the place they now call home.
